Hello everyone! I earned several thousand euros on Vulkan Vegas and would now like to pay them out. So now my account would be verified. However, this differs greatly from the methods I know. For example, I should upload my identity card + "Selfie". And that just puzzles me. I have read or seen that you can make transactions with a photo ID + selfie or even apply for credits with my data or photos. So now to my question: does anyone have experience with volcano Vegas and can confirm that nothing happens to my data there? PS: What exactly did you upload there for verification? Find the system there explained very poorly.

With best regards

I never had myself verified there, but a selfie including an ID photo in the hands of third parties always carries a certain residual risk. The fact that these third parties are in Curacao in this case doesn't make it much safer either. Did you play with a bonus offer or not?

It is normal that you will be asked for a copy of your ID. A selfie is rather unusual, but I've seen it before. Basically I would not play at this casino but since you have already done so I would upload the selfie as requested in your place. I think that they misuse your data is unlikely.

Also do not believe that they would / will abuse it. Those groups of people who pursue abusive goals with such images cannot usually be found with the online casino operators.

So, if I were you, I'd just send it over and wait. Hardly anyone here can say whether and when you will receive your winnings, it depends on various factors.

But keep us up to date here about the further course, I wonder if there will be paid in the end

I wouldn't worry about your data being broken either. Vulkan Vegas is relatively well known, at least I have heard from them several times but have no experience myself.
